We bought a zoo. Ok, we did not actually buy a zoo even though that is more fun to say. It’s much better for all involved that it’s a house, since I think my husband and I would be pretty terrible zookeepers. As it is, the house may require more care-taking abilities than we have. It will be an adventure either way!
I hope you don’t mind if we spend a little more time talking about decorating and home renovation projects. This house has good bones, but there is going to be a lot of work involved, too, and it will be more fun for me if I can write about it. I have been working behind the scenes on some new blogging content ideas. I got really slowed down by the summer doldrums, and I’m excited to go to some new places!
Per the usual, I have three big deadlines stacked right up in front of the move. I don’t totally know why this keeps happening, but I’ve reached a place where I think it’s sort of funny instead of upsetting. That’s a kind of win, I think.

Care to comment? Go for it. Be bold. Do it! But niceness counts, right?
Congrats! Can’t wait to see your new place! I love decorating and house stuff. :) Good luck with your big deadlines.
oh exciting, hope you’ll be closer to me. We have got to get together one of these days.
I can’t wait for the new tales and projects and oh you poor work crew (husband and family)!
Hooray for you guys. Looking forward to hearing all about it all here! Bring on the project posts. Take good care of yourselves first.
