Spring Market: Michael Miller (Part 2)

Shall we continue our tour of the Spring Quilt Market?   (Don’t miss Part 1 of the Michael Miller booth here).  Right next door to Patty Young was the lovely and talented Sandi Henderson of Portabellopixie.  She was debuting her new collection, Meadowsweet 2 as well as her new book.

Sandi’s booth is always beautiful, and this show was no exception.  Every shelf and cubby was packed with things to admire.

Love, love the chairs (above) and this cute little skirt (below).

Sandi is always showing off her fabric in unique ways.  I love the wall decals and lanterns too.  I really could have spent hours just taking it all in.

Alas, we have to keep moving!

Laura Gunn was showcasing some of her new sewing patterns with a set up at one corner of the Michael Miller booth.  I’m still in awe of her paintings and the way they translate onto fabric.

I also snapped a few more shots of the Michael Miller area.  They went from trailer park to super chic.  Literally.  In October, they set up a trailer park/gnome theme, and this time the booth was awash in shades of white, blue, and yards of ruffles.

Everything was elegant and beautifully coordinated.  I loved the styling on these pillows.

And I can’t leave this booth without one more shot of that incredible bed set up (see the big white pouf here).  I love this ruffle pillow.  Yum!

There’s lots more to see!  I’ll be back soon…
