I can’t believe Thanksgiving is in 2 weeks! Are you ready?
This is the first time I’ll be making the Thanksgiving dinner, so I need to nail down my menu – pronto! As usual, I am more interested in the overall presentation than the actual cooking part, and I think this makes my family nervous. It’s not that I can’t cook. It’s just that I don’t spend hours daydreaming about it like I do place cards and table runners. My husband was a bit worried when I gave him a list of possible menu items. “Have you made that before?” No, of course not. But then again, I’ve never made a turkey either. It should all turn out very, very interesting.
(And cue phone to ring in 3-2-1… just as soon as my sister reads this, she’ll be offering to bring more side dishes.)
It’s almost the weekend, everyone. Hang in there!

Care to comment? Go for it. Be bold. Do it! But niceness counts, right?
LOL!!! I have full confidence in you!
Just let me know if you want me to bring any more side dishes :) I swear, I don’t offer out of fear- I offer out of love. I remember when I did my first big Thanksgiving dinner and mine didn’t go too smoothly :D
But as I said, I have total confidence in you- no pressure! :D
